The Power of Conscious Thought

Consciousness as I understand it is the one constant that is with us from birth until death, everyone who has ever lived garners consciousness; the act of being alive and living in a reality where one can think for themselves, making decisions that dictate outcomes. The question must be asked, what happens when any individual takes responsibility for themselves and leads with conscious thought?

The complexity of consciousness can be split into two fundamental truths, we have two minds working simultaneously, our conscious mind and our subconscious mind. When we sit with ourselves for long enough, we find out so much about ourselves as individuals; we begin questioning ourselves which leads to why do I feel this way, to the never ending string of wonders. Eventually you can start to tell the difference between perceived reality and imagined reality; where one reality is chosen, the other is imaginary, and just maybe, you’re somewhere in the middle.

The building blocks of societal structure in the modern world keeps the population distracted; television, radio, newspapers, podcasts, reels, adverts, capitalism, the list is endless. We’re constantly connected, the majority of the time we don’t even realise what we’re actively doing; living life in the subconscious mind, or in other words, autopilot. The subconscious mind is emotional, but did you know, the subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined? Your subconscious mind cannot reject reality, only accept it.

The conscious mind can only accept or reject new ideas; can you accept that all of reality is energy disguised as frequency and vibration? Whatever you decide, yes, or no, is a conscious choice. The more intellect you install into yourself by reading, watching, sensing, coming to your own conclusions with self awareness and critical thinking will help you bring originality into your own life. The ability to choose between yes and no is conscious, and once that answer is set, your new beliefs and world view installs itself in the subconscious mind, creating a new paradigm which will run on auto pilot.

The mind is powerful when it’s been well nourished and looked after, our mind is a powerhouse of energy, what we choose to believe is fundamental to leading a life of satisfaction and joy. Your life as it is now is an accumulation of choices that lead to action, to change the results you must change the paradigm; decide on the life you wish to manifest, then say no to everything what doesn’t meet the criteria.

When you actively start manifesting your desired reality, just watch your vibration change; you’ll outgrow old crowds, lead with intention and intuition, new people will walk in, life will begin to feel different, new and exciting, where anything is possible. People will talk, judge, maybe even laugh in ignorance, but that’s the test, the discourage, the universe in that moment is testing your courage; the moment you ascend into a higher frequency of living, life will become abundant and full of prosperity.

Whilst ascending you will realise that not all energy is compatible with one another, you may try to tune yourself to be universally liked and accepted, an impossible task, it goes against the Law of Vibration and the Law of Attraction. You will find yourself weaving between different realities, where some will make you feel alive, the others out of place. It’s important to recognise that trying to match a vibe to fit in will likely leave you feeling disingenuous, leaving you feeling uncomfortable, you have to be your own vibration, leading with authenticity.

You will likely become more consciously aware of yourself when you form a new, updated identity, lead by conscious thought; you will hold moments of uncertainty, but that’s the key to ascension, accepting those moments and experimenting. Extracting yourself from disingenuous crowds is the propeller of change; leading a life with full accountability distills blame to self. Taken a wrong turn in life? Correct the course; take responsibility. It’s easier to be ignorant than it is to be knowledgeable, remembering to always practice kindness, as you never know what anyone is truly going through; because, kindness costs nothing.

Hello - I’m a creative individual with a passion for expressive art through photography & music. Every now and then I get the urge to write to express myself with what I think and feel; being an empathic individual a lot enters my mind with nowhere to excrete these thoughts, creating a dumpster fire in my mind. This blog will be my home for thought and expression through words and photographs.
